Refund and Dispute Policy

Due to the nature of the services offered through The Sovereign Circle, all contributions and payments made are considered final and non-refundable. Access to exclusive research, intelligence, and curated opportunities is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment.

If you believe a charge was made in error, or if you encounter a technical issue affecting your access, please contact our team at contact@sovereign-resources.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction. We will review all cases in good faith and provide assistance accordingly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in restricted future access to Sovereign Resources services.

Cancellation Policy

Membership or access to The Sovereign Circle may be paused or discontinued at your request by contacting us at contact@sovereign-resources.com. However, cancellations do not entitle the member to a refund for the remaining term, given the nature of the immediate-access privileges and insights.

We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of misuse, breach of confidentiality, or behavior contrary to the values and discretion required of the Sovereign Circle, with or without notice.
