Growth Option:

    • Minimum investment: £20,000;
    • 15% capital interest fixed over 12 months;
    • Interest paid bi-annually. A further 6 months extension can be implemented by StripeHomes if required with an additional 1% per month capital interest issued.

Growth and Interest Option:

    • Minimum investment: £20,000;
    • 24% capital interest over 24 months;
    • Interest paid monthly. A further 6 months extension can be implemented by StripeHomes if required with an additional 1% per month capital interest issued.
