The funds will be utilized to complete Phase 1 and commence Phase 2.

Investment highlights:

  • Minimum investment: £10,000;
  • Terms and returns: the loan term is 12 months, the return offered is 1% per month;
  • Security: debenture over the company and its assets;
  • Security trustee: Castle Trust & Management Services Limited;
  • Early repayment by the company: the company can elect to repay the Loan Notes before their maturity, with interest payable to date of early repayment.
