Go Asset Finance Ltd is a leading provider of working capital to high end pawn brokers, asset backed lenders, traders and dealers. Part of the Go group of companies, the business was established to exploit recent exponential growth in asset backed finance, pawn broking and high value/luxury goods pledged lending.
Investment highlights:
1. The income bond:
- Minimum investment: £10,000;
- Interest: 12% per annum. The income bond pays a gross interest rate of 12% per annum, but as the interest is paid quarterly, the actual AER calculates to 12.55% per annum;
- Payment frequency: quarterly. Interest is paid 4 times a year on each Quarter Date at the rate of 3.00% per quarterly payment. The last payment is concurrent with the return of capital;
- 2 years term;
- Security: fixed and floating debenture secured on all assets of the Company.
2. The growth bond:
- Minimum investment: £10,000;
- Interest: 15% per annum. The Growth Bond pays 15% per annum, compounded annually. As the bond is a 2 years bond, this calculates to a return of 32.25% upon Maturity;
- Redemption upon maturity. The growth bond does not feature regular interest payments, and the investor must wait until the 2 year anniversary of the bond to receive their capital and interest of 132.25% of their original investment;
- 2 years term;
- Security: fixed and floating debenture secured on all assets of the Company.
